Marlin Coast Respite Centre
Centacare Marlin Coast Respite offers a Social Support Group that provides social interaction for people over the age of 65 or 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander. We also offer Centre based Respite to young people living with physical and intellectual disabilities, under 65 years of age and their carers. Activities are diverse, and all needs accommodated.

Mental Health Resource Services
Enhances the quality of life for people with a mental illness, families and carers by helping them to find ways to cope with their situation and participate in community life.

Partners in Recovery (PIR)
PIR provides support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness with a complexity of support needs, by linking them to services that will assist their recovery goals. FNQ PIR subcontracts to Worklink, Mission Australia, Wuchopperen and Apunipina to provide support in the community. There is also a coordinator based on Thursday Island to provide support throughout the Torres Strait and Northern Peninsula Area.
